Solar systems and their efficiency

solar panels are devices, we all are aware about.  Time and again there have questions raised about the efficiency of these solar systems. No doubt these systems are performing well and enjoying a wide popularity allover but their efficiency is still a long way to go.

The first problem that arises with these systems is that they only work on the solar energy therefore in the days of winter when clouds surround the sun these panels are unable to trap the solar radiations and therefore can not perform their specified jobs. Secondly, the panels have a small battery attached to them that stores the energy converted from the sunlight. These batteries have small backup and could only power the lighting for a small time period.
